As a Clubhouse member, you get first access at Pawn Shop: early access to the calendar, priority reservations and priority seating on the nights that matter. This playbook covers what your membership includes and how to use it.

Your Perks at a Glance
Every tier gets the 3-week lookahead, Marquee Game reservations and early private-suite access. Higher tiers add more seats, priority seat selection, higher suite priority and more dedicated service.

Front of the Line
Your biggest advantage is time: you see and book Pawn Shop's calendar before the public does.
The 3-Week Lookahead
Every member gets a rolling 3-week view of marquee games, suite availability and member programming.
Reserve through your member link on OpenTable . We'll also email when each new lookahead period opens.
Marquee Games
You get marquee reservation access during a designated member RSVP window. Confirm your reservation by the deadline to hold your seats.

- Team: 4 seats, best available
- Owner's Box: 4 priority seats
- Front Office: 8 priority seats
After the priority window closes, unclaimed seats are available to the general public.
Private Viewing Suites
All members get advance access to book our seven private viewing suites.
- Season Ticket: Early access
- Team: Priority access
- Owner's Box: First priority
- Front Office: First priority
Food-and-beverage minimums may apply. Every suite booking comes with a welcome drink upstairs when you arrive.
Major Events & Activations
Members receive priority access to major Pawn Shop events and activations.

- Front Office: 8 seats
Member Events
Team and Owner's Box members get priority for 4 seats, and Front Office members get priority for 8 seats.
Season Ticket members are welcome subject to availability.
Early Announcements
Every member hears about new events and programming before the public.
Private Programming
Our team hosts an ongoing calendar of athlete conversations, live podcasts, dinners, tastings and sports culture programming.
These are by invitation, so there is nothing to book in advance. Owner's Box and Front Office members get priority invitations. Season Ticket and Team members are invited subject to availability. Your invitation will include an RSVP date.
Every member is invited to the Annual Members Dinner.
Your Roster & Guests
Your roster is the set of named people who share your membership:

- Each person on your roster gets their own Digital Member Card.
- Send us your roster names after purchase and we'll set up their credentials.
- Reservations are counted against your roster size.
On Site
Show your Digital Member Card at the door and we'll take it from there. Forgot your card? Just give us your name.
Seating
Season Ticket and Team members get the best available member seats.
Owner's Box and Front Office members get priority seat selection.
Workspace Suite
Every member can work and host from the Workspace Suite, subject to availability.
Front Office members have their own dedicated suite during business hours.
Welcome Drink
Every suite booking starts with a welcome drink upstairs when you arrive.
House Account
Charge food, drinks and merchandise to your House Account. Charges go to your payment method on file.
Front Office members have a corporate House Account.
Recognition & Perks
Inaugural 100 Status
As one of the Inaugural 100, your Inaugural Number and recognition are yours for good, even if you step away and come back later.
Member Board
Your name goes on the Member Board each time you arrive at Pawn Shop.
Digital Member Card
Your key to check-in, seating and member merchandise discount pricing.
Annual Merchandise Gift
A gift each year around your membership anniversary.

Monthly Newsletter
Every member gets our monthly newsletter with updates, programming and Clubhouse news.
Your Clubhouse Contact
Your welcome email included the email address for your Clubhouse contact. Reach out to them for reservations, guest passes, suite bookings and anything else about your membership.
Owner's Box members get priority concierge service, and Front Office members get a corporate relationship manager. Your Clubhouse Manager knows when you're coming and can be reached by phone or in person throughout your visit.

Term & Renewal
Memberships run for 1 year and renew automatically. We'll send a reminder about 60 days before renewal and a formal renewal notice 15 to 45 days before.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime online with the link in your renewal notice or member portal, or by emailing your contact.
You keep full benefits until the end of your paid year.
First 14 Days
New members can cancel within 14 days of their first term for a full refund if no benefits have been used.
The same applies within 14 days of a renewal charge.
Transfers
Owner's Box and Front Office memberships can be transferred through your Clubhouse Manager.
Season Ticket and Team memberships can't be transferred.
Your organization can change its named primary member anytime. Corporate agreements need 90 days' written notice to cancel before renewal.
